Registration and Enrollment

 

  • Participants must complete the registration process and submit the required enrollment forms before the course start date.

  • Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces are limited.

  • Payment of the course fee is required to secure a spot in the training program.

Course Fee and Payment

 

  • The course fee must be paid in full prior to the start of the training program.

  • Payment methods accepted include cash, e-wallet, credit cards, 0% interest installment plan using credit card issued by certain bank, and Atome BNPL platform.

  • The course fee is non-refundable except in cases of course cancellation by the organizer.

Course Schedule and Attendance

 

  • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of the training course.

  • In case of absence or tardiness, participants may be required to make up missed sessions at an additional cost.

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify the course schedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Course Content and Materials

 

  • Participants will receive access to course materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources, as part of the training program.

  • All course materials provided are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission from the organizer.

Certification and Licensing

 

  • Participants will receive certificates of completion during completion of the training course.

  • Completion of the training course does not guarantee licensing in SPMU.

  • Participants are responsible for meeting any additional requirements for certification or licensing in their jurisdiction.

Code of Conduct

 

  • Please read the Course Regulations.

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the training course.

  • Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

Liability and Waiver

 

  • Participants acknowledge and understand that the practice of SPMU involves inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, and undesirable outcomes.

  • Participants release the organizer, instructors, and venue from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of the training course.

Refund and Cancellation Policy 

 

  • The course fee is non-refundable except in cases where the organizer cancels the training program.

  • Participants may request a refund if the organizer cancels the course, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Privacy Policy 

 

  • The organizer respects the privacy of participants and will not disclose personal information provided during the registration process to third parties without consent.

Specializing in permanent makeup services, Kelly excels in On Fleek Brows (nanohairstrokes), microblading, powder brows, combo brows, and eyeliner tattoos. Recognized for her expertise, Kelly was featured in the 5th edition of Successful People In Malaysia by BristishPedia and served as the Global Chief Judge representing Malaysia at the Worldwide PMU Festival in 2023.

Welcome to 1312FAB SPMU Training Course!

Before we delve into the world of semi-permanent makeup, let's ensure our journey together is smooth and productive. Below are the course regulations designed to uphold professionalism, respect, and optimal learning conditions for all participants.

 
Personal Appearance

 

  • Participants are required to maintain a tidy appearance throughout the training sessions. This includes neatly groomed hair, nails, and attire.

  • Participants are required to wear black shirts and long pants during practical sessions.

  • Long hair must be securely tied up in a bun or ponytail to prevent interference during practical exercises.

Punctuality

 

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled training sessions. Late arrivals disrupt the learning environment and may impact the progress of the course.

  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent punctual arrival, participants must inform the instructor or course coordinator as soon as possible.

Attendance

 

  • Full attendance is required for the duration of the training course. Absences may affect the participant's ability to grasp essential concepts and techniques.

  • Early departure from training sessions is not permitted unless prior arrangement has been made with the instructor.

Mobile Phones

 

  • Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode during training sessions to minimize distractions.

Respectful Conduct

 

  • Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor towards instructors, fellow participants, and staff members at all times.

  • Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to talking out of turn, interrupting others, or engaging in disrespectful conduct, will not be tolerated.

Hygiene and Cleanliness

 

  • Participants are required to maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness throughout the training sessions.

  • Handwashing and sanitization protocols must be followed, especially before and after practical exercises involving direct contact with the skin.

Confidentiality

 

  • Confidentiality must be maintained regarding course materials, techniques, and any sensitive information shared during the training sessions.

  • Participants are prohibited from sharing course materials or discussing confidential information with individuals outside of the training program.

Equipment and Supplies

 

  • Participants are responsible for the proper care and handling of all equipment and supplies provided during the training course.

  • Any damage to equipment or loss of supplies due to negligence will be the participant's responsibility.

Feedback and Communication

 

  • Participants are encouraged to provide constructive feedback to instructors and course coordinators to help improve the quality of the training program.

  • Open communication channels will be maintained to address any concerns or questions participants may have throughout the course.

Compliance with Policies

    This course focuses on teaching the Mist Ombre Brow technique, which is currently one of the most popular techniques in the market. It is designed for individuals with no prior experience or foundation in SPMU. Additionally, it is suitable for those who have some experience but struggle to produce beautiful results. The Brow Basic Course provides comprehensive training in Mist Ombre Brows, offering an easier learning curve compared to other techniques.

     

  • Brow Master Course:
    Our Brow Master Course encompasses a comprehensive range of techniques available in the market. From traditional microblading and Mist Ombre Brows to combination techniques and the latest innovation, Nano Hairstroke, this course covers it all. Geared towards individuals aspiring to build a career and start their own SPMU business, the Brow Master Course is designed to take participants from beginners to advanced practitioners. It's an opportunity to become proficient in various techniques and excel in the SPMU industry.

     

  • On Fleek Brows Course:
    This specialized course focuses solely on the latest technique in SPMU—Nano Hairstroke. Ideal for experienced professionals looking to upgrade their skill set and expand their clientele and business, as well as for beginners who wish to concentrate on mastering this cutting-edge technique. Nano Hairstroke is renowned for its ability to create super realistic eyebrows, making it the forefront of SPMU innovation. The On Fleek Brows Course provides in-depth training to harness the full potential of this technique.

     

Each course is meticulously crafted to cater to different skill levels and career goals, ensuring that participants receive tailored instruction and support to excel in the world of semi-permanent makeup.

Is prior experience required to enroll in an SPMU course?

 

While prior experience in the beauty industry can be beneficial, it's not always necessary. Many SPMU courses cater to beginners and cover all the foundational knowledge required to start a career in semi-permanent makeup.

How long does it take to complete an SPMU course, and what additional support is provided?

 

The duration of our SPMU courses typically ranges from 4 days to 12 days, depending on the course selected and the level of expertise it offers. While our on-site courses may seem shorter, we emphasize that creating beautiful work requires time, dedication, and consistency.

In addition to the initial training period, we provide ongoing support through our unique unlimited revision policy. Participants are entitled to unlimited revisions by appointment within 1 year after completing the course. This means that participants can schedule appointments to visit our workshop for revision sessions or bring models to practice under our guidance. We believe that this hands-on support ensures that participants have ample opportunities to refine their skills, gain confidence, and perfect their technique, ultimately enhancing their ability to produce exceptional results in semi-permanent makeup.

Are SPMU courses accredited? Can I obtain SKM certifications?

 

While our SPMU courses provide comprehensive training and certification upon completion, it's important to note that Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) is not currently listed under the Malaysian Department of Skills Development (JPK Malaysia). Therefore, if participants wish to obtain Skills Certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia - SKM) certifications, they may consider registering under the category of beauty therapy and cosmetology, which encompasses related skills and techniques.

However, our certifications are widely recognized within the beauty industry and attest to participants' proficiency in SPMU techniques. Our courses are designed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to embark on a successful career in semi-permanent makeup, regardless of SKM accreditation.

Will I receive certification upon completing the course?

 

Upon successful completion of our courses, participants will receive a certificate of completion, acknowledging their proficiency in the respective SPMU techniques. However, our commitment to supporting our students extends far beyond the completion of the course.

What additional support is available to enhance my skills?

 

To support participants in their professional development, we offer a unique 1-year unlimited revision benefit. This allows participants to schedule revision sessions within a year after completing the course, refining their skills and addressing any challenges they encounter in SPMU practice.

Is semi-permanent makeup safe?

 

When performed by a trained and certified professional using sterile equipment and high-quality pigments, semi-permanent makeup is generally safe. However, it's essential to follow proper hygiene and safety protocols to minimize the risk of complications.

Do you provide one-on-one classes?

 

While we do provide one-on-one classes for personalized attention, we believe that having 2-5 participants in a class is optimal. This allows for a dynamic learning environment where each participant can ask questions and receive individualized guidance. The diverse range of questions also enables our instructors to provide comprehensive information and knowledge, enriching the learning experience for everyone involved.
