Thirteen Twelve

Thirteen Twelve pays homage to Master KellyC's birthday on December 13th, a date infused with dedication and intentionality, resonating deeply with our commitment to excellence. In Cantonese, 1312 ("一心一意") symbolizes wholeheartedness and purpose.

Fabuleux

And Fabulous, derived from the French "Fabuleux" embodies our mission to go beyond ordinary service. We're dedicated to serving our clients with all our hearts, ensuring that each one feels fabulous, exceptional and extraordinary.

​Thirteen Twelve Fabuleux的创始人 Kelly Chong ，从2007年到2010年拥有3年的美容师经验，以及4年的商业化妆师经验。自2014年以来，专注于眉部半永久纹绣。

2017年7月，她在泰国曼谷的K-Beauty奥林匹克赛上获得了第一名，击败了来自不同国家的大多数最优秀的纹绣艺术家。

2019年，Kelly获得了马来西亚K-Beauty奥林匹克的评委资格，并带领她的学生参加比赛，她的学生如预期一样获得了第一名和金牌。同年，Kelly加入了全球专业艺术家联合会，成为常规会员，参与并支持全球美容业的发展。​

拥有超过8,000位满意的客户，Kelly为自己提供的每项服务感到自豪。她专业于眉部技术，如飘眉、雾眉和飘眉加雾，分别使用手工和机器。

2007-2013

从美容师成为了化妆师

Kelly曾是一名商业化妆师，从2010年到2014年，她为众多名人化妆，赢得了良好的声誉。通过这些经验，Kelly得到了高度评价，因此培养了良好的审美观。

2014 - present

从有限的空间开始成为一名半永久纹绣艺术家

​

2014年，Kelly开始了她成为一名专业半永久纹绣艺术家的旅程。与此同时，她从世界冠军大师设计师Elvin Soh先生那里汲取经验，不断努力提升和加强她的技能、技术和审美观。

2016

Kelly 出色的作品吸引了不少学生来实习

Kelly将她的工作室搬到了稍微大一些的空间。并开始为希望成为半永久纹绣艺术家的学生提供一对一和小团体课程。

2017

在一场千名参赛者的比赛中，她获胜了！

Kelly参加了泰国曼谷的K-Beauty奥林匹克比赛。Kelly非常荣幸地获得了第一名和荣誉奖。

Kelly被邀请担任K-Beauty奥林匹克比赛的国际评委

Kelly非常荣幸地被邀请参加马来西亚的K-Beauty奥林匹克比赛，并担任国际评委之一。与此同时，她的学生在比赛中击败了马来西亚大多数最优秀的纹绣艺术家，获得了第一名和金牌。

2020

Kelly再次当选为2020年的副总裁

祝贺Kelly再次当选为2020年GPF Korea - K-Beauty World Contest的副总裁。今年参赛者将首次在线提交他们的作品。国际评委来自马来西亚，参与初赛，最后决赛则在韩国进行。

2023 March

由英国百科全书公司2023年第5版认可的马来西亚成功人士，以及2023年PMU全球节的全球评审长。
